Company-Initiated Changes

• Travelers are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, travel insurance, and any required health documentation.

• Miyasi is not responsible for delays or denied entry due to incomplete or invalid travel documents.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:

• Medical expenses

• Trip cancellation or interruption

• Personal belongings

• Accidents and emergencies

Miyasi is not responsible for any losses that could have been covered by insurance.

8. Responsibility & Liability

• Miyasi acts as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers (hotels, transport operators, guides, activity providers).

• We are not liable for injury, loss, damage, delay, or inconvenience caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government actions.

• Participation in activities such as safaris, hiking, or water sports is at the traveler’s own risk.

9. Changes to Itineraries

• Minor itinerary changes may be necessary to ensure safety, comfort, or service quality.

• No refunds will be issued for unused services due to itinerary changes made for operational or safety reasons.

10. Behavior & Conduct
